I recently started cooking and baking (I love making and eating banana bread). I find it extremely peaceful, especially living far from home. There's nothing better than a warm, comforting, home-cooked meal at the end of the day.
I've loved working out for 7 years now. I've tried pilates, yoga, powerlifting, cardio, and calisthenics. My everyday is a mix of lifting and cardio. It keeps me focused and aligned with my goals.
Painting, sketching, doodling, and drawing - perhaps my most favorite forms of relaxation. I have also noted how giving myself a creativity break sparks the same in my professional work as well.
Growing up across 7 cultures and a strong affinity for perspectives and stories, I find travel to be grounding and elevating at the same time. In the few cities and countries I have visited, I have already learned so much, and I cannot wait to keep checking off my bucket list.
